DeKalb SDFS implements Prom Promise in the Spring.  Prom Promise was started by Nationwide Insurance in order to save teenage lives and reduce drunk-driving related deaths and injuries, and is designed for area high school juniors and seniors to commit during the week of the prom.  They show their commitment to the safety of their friends and themselves by signing pledge cards.
