The DeKalb Safe and Drug Free Schools Coordinator provides and attends on-going training for Drug and Alcohol Awareness and Prevention, Building Student Based Support Teams, Violence Prevention and Assessment, Curriculum Development and Implementation, & Tobacco Prevention and etc..  Through the DeKalb SDFS program, various drug and violence professional development opportunities will be offered to school personnel.
